We will ping the HF community... we'll set you up with a team, or build your own. We even have friendly wagers you can make with a friend or with another HF member.

STEP 3: We'll check in Daily to see how you did.

We'll check in via email to ask if you were successful. Just click "yes" or "no" from that email and we'll keep track of how you're doing. Succeed for 21, 30, 60 days or more, and the new action will be easier than ever to maintain.

On day 1, you'll do just 1 burpee.
On day 2, you'll do 2 burpees.
On day 3, you'll do 3, and so on... until you get to day 100!
