It needs perseverance, handholding and encouragement. HabitForge helps in all three. Normally we are told/taught to develop a habit and left at it. In under a minute you can be set up with your first habit. We'll check in on you as often as you want, and we'll keep track of how you're doing.

3. Click "Yes" or "No"

We'll check in via email to ask you if you were successful. Just click "yes" or "no" from that email and we'll keep track of how you're doing. Succeed for 21 days straight, and the new action will be easier than ever to maintain.

Choose Extra Accountability Features that Work for You


>> Join a team of others working on a similar goal to yours (or go it alone).
>> Set up as many reminders each day as you'd like.
>> Set the time of day you want us to "check in" to see if you succeeded.
>> Your habit goal can be public or private.
>> You can invite others to follow your progress, and they'll get a weekly report showing your stats.
>> If you'd like, we'll incentivize other members to send you a "push"... they'll choose from one of five phrases that you create to use as a gentle "push" (or not so gentle, your choice) if you start to falter.
>> Still not enough? Set up a wager to "have to pay" a friend, a randomly chosen user, or even an organization that you can't stand if you don't hit a certain success threshold.
